Releasing Blockages – How It Works
Every single life experience leaves an emotional footprint – positive ones like joy or gratitude, but also negative ones like anger, nervousness, or sadness. Some negative emotions you may not fully process, and they remain as energetic blockages in your body and subconscious.
The method I use – a combination of The Emotion Code®, The Body Code™, and The Belief Code® – works precisely with these energies to identify and release blockages. These blockages can manifest as emotional burdens, physical discomfort, or limiting beliefs that hold you back from living your full potential.
The Emotion Code®
We identify and release trapped emotional energies that are stuck in your body, causing physical or emotional discomfort. A fast and effective way to clear the past.
The Body Code™
A comprehensive system to address physical and energetic imbalances, including pathogens, structural misalignments, and nutritional deficiencies.
The Belief Code®
Transform limiting belief systems at their root. We reprogram your subconscious to align your inner narrative with your conscious goals.
Using kinesiology muscle testing, I specifically identify where these blockages are. With your permission, I also test on my own body – enabling remote sessions that are just as effective as in-person treatments.

Professional Background
Yoga is the foundation of my journey – since 2008, this practice has been a source of strength, calm, and inner growth for me. Through trainings in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and Fascia Yoga, I have not only found my own balance but also developed the ability to support others on their path to greater ease and vitality.
Over time, I discovered my passion for energy work, which beautifully complements my yoga practice. As a certified Emotion Code®, Body Code™, and Belief Code® practitioner, I use methods that gently identify and release old patterns, creating space for new, powerful life energies.
My extensive experience with energy and bodywork, including Reiki and sound therapy, deepens my understanding of the connection between body, mind, and energy. Additionally, I am familiar with the Hawaiian practice of Ho’oponopono.
Continuous personal and professional development is important to me – that’s why I have committed to the Mastery University programs by Tony Robbins, deepening my knowledge in life quality, wealth, and personal transformation.
As a state-certified adult education trainer specializing in communication, body language, and conflict management, I bring valuable tools to support you on your journey toward greater clarity and self determination.

The Heart-Wall® is an energetic barrier that unconsciously prevents many people from giving and receiving love. In this specialized session, I work specifically with you to identify and release your Heart-Wall®. Using proven energy healing modalities, we safely dissolve the barriers around your heart, creating space for authentic openness, trust, and joy.
